Pickup & Delivery
The exact pick up location will be provided upon completing your order. You will be able to connect with us directly. Delivery details will be arranged personally with the customer after order placement. Delivery within Las Vegas is complementary. Delivery fee: calculated as $1.25 per average mile. At checkout, you will select the according delivery fee by location.
Ordering & Cancellation Policy
All Cancellations or changes in your order must be made in writing via email to: [email protected] Cancellations are accepted minimum 5 days before the confirmed pick up date. Full refund will be issued. Cancellations with less than 5 days notice, 50% of the payment will be refunded. Cancellations with 48 hours or less notice, no refund can be issued. Creating your cake is a multi-day process of ordering inventory, making, and designing. We are one chef team, therefore, in order to efficiently and ethically fulfil orders, we must begin this process days before your order is due.
